14 organisations contributed data for one or more of the 30 office locations covered in the second survey of 2023. As fewer than five forecasts were received for Athens and Moscow, the report omits any analysis of these markets.
European prime office rental value growth forecasts for 2024, 2025 and 2026 are presented alongside 3-year (2024-2026) and 5-year (2024-2028) rolling averages.
