The IPF recognises the ever-increasing internationalisation of real estate markets and seeks to reflect this change, where appropriate, in the work sponsored by the IPF Research Programme.

The International Group’s role is to identify topics for research, which require an international perspective. Members of the Group draft the initial research proposal for consideration by the IPF Research Steering Group and then serve on the project steering group when the research is commissioned.
