The webinar will start with a presentation of the 13th annual Institutional Real Estate Allocations Monitor, produced by Hodes Weill & Associates and Cornell University’s Baker Program in Real Estate. Published recently and based on the responses of 166 institutions from 26 countries, the Monitor looks at the role of real estate in institutional portfolios and the impact of institutional allocation trends on the investment management industry, including changes in global capital flows and institutional target allocations in 2025, in addition to institutions’ plans for 2026.
The expert panel will then discuss the themes picked up by the report, including global variations in institutional target allocations to real estate, portfolio returns, approaches to risk allocation and investment strategies, and what it could mean for UK real estate.
